Really appreciate the good work and reasonable rates. We had some issues with the city and getting access to our missing shutoff. Incredible! We actually called Local Plumbing and Drain for a second opinion. Our kitchen sink was clogged and another plumbing company came and couldn't snake it and recommended replacing the pipe. It would be a major project for thousands of dollars and we'd have to repair lots of drywall, but we also needed our kitchen sink. Well, Ryan came and within 30 minutes had the sink unclogged. We had moved into our home just two days earlier, and due to issues that were missed during the inspection, we discovered there was no hot water and that the water heater needed to be replaced. Ryan came out the same day and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with Zach - Local Plumbing and Drain Company..  Scheduling the appointment was easy and talking to a real person from the business was a plus.  Zach was on time, informative, polite, and a pleasure to work with.  We initially had a kitchen faucet and a toilet replaced followed by a garbage disposal. Highly recommend!
